Teddy time at 10,000 feet

Federal Environment Minister Greg Hunt took a leap of faith on Good Friday under the instruction of tandem master Darrius at the Tooradin Airfield.

FREE falling at 10,000 feet over the Tooradin Airfield on Friday, the look on Flinders MP Greg Hunt’s face is priceless.
The sky dive for Canopies for Kids raised funds for the Royal Children’s Hospital.
Mr Hunt had a teddy bear to help comfort him for the 200km/h dive which was then donated to a patient at the hospital.
“This is a terrific cause and one that I am delighted to support,” Mr Hunt said.
“As a father, I empathise with anyone who has a child needing care at the Royal Children’s Hospital and hope these bears will provide comfort to children in their time of need.”
