JASMINE Davies-Nguyen was all dressed up with no parade to go to after the heavens opened and washed away much of the Yakkerboo festivities.
The day wasn’t a total loss with some events going ahead, but organisers are hoping next year’s 40th birthday party will do justice to the popular festival.
