A MAN is being treated by paramedics at the scene of an overturned car on Princes Highway Pakenham.
The bloodied man was sitting upright and conscious as his head was bandaged by paramedics and stretchered into an ambulance.
He sat next to a silver Toyota sedan that had flipped and was facing east in the left, westbound lane.
Paramedics were called to the crash about 12.45pm today (Tuesday).
Police, SES and CFA crews are in attendance, with westbound traffic guided around the smash.
Nearby, a red car, with damage to its front end, was at rest in the right eastbound lane.
One person is being taken to The Alfred hospital, an Ambulance Victoria spokesman said.
