KIND hearts have flowed with generosity after hearing that the town’s modest one-armed street sweeper had his equipment stolen while volunteering his time to keep the streets clean.
Well over $1000 in donations flooded in for Kelvin Rees, 74, from community members who were set on showing their appreciation for the work he has done for the community every day for more than a decade.
Among them was Daniel Wanders of Total Autos Pakenham who let Kelvin go on a spending spree in his store.

See Kevin and Daniel talk about the community’s generosity in the clip below, and read their story in the Pakenham and Berwick Gazette this week.
