A UTE was flipped on its side after a multi-vehicle crash at Pakenham, on the Princes Freeway near the Kooweerup Road exit on Thursday.
An ambulance was called to the scene at 4.55pm to assess two people for injuries.
Both were found to be in a stable condition.
Vic Roads said the collision had affected outbound traffic, with delays banked back to Cardinia Road.
Emergency services were on the site.
