A PAKENHAM factory with a violent criminal history has again been embroiled in controversy after police seized expensive proceeds of crime from the site.
Cardinia Crime Investigation Unit (CIU) detectives recovered a number of stolen items from the precincts of this factory before 8.30am on Tuesday 24 May.
Some of the items included a car, motorbike, and jet ski.
Pakenham police Sergeant Graeme Stanley said detectives were still trying to track down the offender/s and the owner of the stolen property.
The police swoop comes eight months after the industrial factory was tied up in a violent assault.
The Gazette earlier reported that at least one man was hospitalised with facial injuries after an attacker or attackers allegedly bound the man, or men, inside the industrial garage.
The incident occurred overnight on Sunday 20 September last year.
Anyone with related information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
