A flash in the dark

A MIDDLE-AGED man cut a hole into the crotch of his tracksuit pants and allegedly walked up and down a residential street in Pakenham touching his exposed genitals.
The 52-year-old Pakenham man allegedly walked up and down Tasman Way, Pakenham, for about 15 minutes from about 1am on Monday 15 August.
Kooweerup police Leading Senior Constable Mick Jackson said the man did not take his pants off at any stage.
The 52-year-old man was later interviewed by police after the incident was reported by a male witness.
No one else is thought to have seen the incident.
Ldg Sen Const Jackson said the man was likely to be charged because there was no evidence that he was suffering from a mental health condition or that he was under the influence of drugs.
His motivation is unknown.
