POLICE have appealed for witnesses after a hit-run in Longwarry North during the early hours of Monday.
Investigators were told a white Toyota Hilux ute was travelling east on the Princes Freeway, about 500 metres west of Sand Road, when it was hit from behind by a large truck about 5.50am.
The Toyota ran off the road and rolled before coming to a stop. The truck – possibly a semi-trailer – did not stop at the scene.
No-one was injured in the incident.
