Police search for owners

An interferential machine was found in the vicinity of a stolen car in Garfield.

POLICE have appealed for public assistance to help identify the owner of a piece of equipment found in Garfield on Tuesday morning.
Cardinia Crime Investigation Unit detectives found the interferential machine, usually used for physiotherapy, in the vicinity of a stolen BMW located on the Princes Freeway at 8.30am on Tuesday 8 November.
A vehicle search resulted in police allegedly finding three firearms, and glassware and chemicals consistent with drug manufacturing laboratory equipment.
A 27-year-old Hampton Park man has been arrested and is currently being interviewed by detectives.
