A Mitsubishi van was allegedly stolen from an Officer address and set alight in Berwick on Thursday 23 February.
Police say the 2004 model van, bearing number plate TFT 351, was found alight on Buchanan Road, Berwick, at 4.45am.
It was later discovered the vehicle was stolen from a Rush Lily Drive, Officer, address.
Anyone who may have seen the van before it was set alight is asked to phone Pakenham police on 5945 2500 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
