Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Angelo Ariel.
The 20-year-old is wanted for failing to appear in court for alleged theft from motor vehicle and contravening a correction order.
He is described as African in appearance, 180cm tall with a thin build, brown hair and brown eyes.
Ariel is known to frequent the Pakenham, Narre Warren and Melbourne CBD areas.
Police have released an image of Ariel in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
