The hunt for the lucky local TattsLotto winner has come to an end.
After 81 days of suspense and rechecking of tickets, the mysterious winner has stepped forward to claim their $757,320 prize.
With the winner choosing to celebrate in private, not much is known about the lucky person other than they purchased their ticket at Arena Lucky Lotto.
The Officer store knew they had sold the “golden ticket” but had feared it had been misplaced during the mayhem of Christmas.
“It’s a relief to know that after a long 81-day wait that our customer has finally claimed their division one prize,” owner Gurmit Singh said.
“Everyone has been checking in to ask for an update on the unregistered prize and now I can share that it’s a happy ending.
“We wish the winner a big congratulations and all the very best with your three-quarters-of-a-million dollar prize.”
The six winning numbers in the TattsLotto draw 3697 on Saturday 24 December 2016 were 39, 24, 5, 9, 34 and 4.
The supplementary numbers were 15 and 29.
