A jewellery thief is at large in the Pakenham-Officer area, with two thefts from residences reported to police on the same day.
The thefts occurred during the day on Thursday 11 May at Warbler Street, Pakenham, and Firewheel Road, Officer.
Jewellery and watches with sentimental value were taken in both incidents.
Police are appealing for witnesses, and wish to speak to anyone who may have information or have seen any persons acting suspicious in the vicinity of these burglaries.
