He didn’t want a fuss, but MLC Edward O’Donohue wasn’t going to let Cardinia Shire Mayor Brett Owen’s 40th birthday slip by without recognition.
The Eastern Victoria Region MP presented councillor Owen with a surprise birthday cake during the campaign launch of the 2017 Harold Bould Memorial Award Winners on 15 June.
After a singing of Happy Birthday Cr Owen’s son Will helped the birthday boy blow out the candles.
