Community members had a revving good time at Car Megamart’s second annual family fun day at the weekend.
The mega car show and family fun day attracted an estimated 5000 people through the Pakenham car yard’s doors on a sunny Sunday for plenty of fun.
Car Megamart spokesperson Karlie Thexton said the 15 October festivities, which included a 1300 classic car display, food vans, jumping castles, children’s entertainment and live music, proved very popular with the crowds.
“We had a really great day, the sun was very kind to us,” Ms Thexton said.
She said the event, which this year partly supported the Young Veterans and Pakenham Rotary, would now become an annual event.
“Overall it was a great day and opportunity to showcase Car Megamart,” Ms Thexton said.
