What is something people don’t know about you?

My favourite drink is Pimms and ginger beer, but I love champagne and Geoff likes Pimms and ginger beer too (although only after he met me), plus he was born into a family of champion country sportsmen (in the Gippsland area).

What are you most passionate about?

We are both full AFL members with Western Bulldogs Football Club support packages. We love our football and go to as many matches as possible.

What would your last meal be?

Lamb shanks and I just love seafood so cooked prawns in a lovely seafood sauce, followed by poached pears in marmalade.

What’s the best thing about the Berwick community?

The Berwick community is a friendly, supportive village type community that offers a variety of social, sporting and group organisations and in my experience, there should be one that every citizen finds suits their needs. Most neighbourhoods have clubs or bodies that are welcoming and friendly.

What was your most memorable moment?

It would have to be the news after my most recent health scare that my life expectancy was going to be longer than I thought.

What kind of music do you like to listen to?

I love “Rock n Roll” but also love the classics.

At school I…

…loved boys!

What event past or present would you like to witness?

The Coronation of a monarch.

Which six dinner guests, dead or alive, would you invite to dinner?

Queen Elizabeth , Margaret Thatcher, Hilary Clinton, Louis Armstrong, Frank Sinatra, and my husband Geoff.

What’s your favourite book?

Wuthering Heights

If you could visit any place in the world, where would you go and why?

I would like to re-visit England because of my English ancestry, but would also like to visit South America because there is such a huge diversity of cultures, and I haven’t been there.
