EDUCATION Minister Bronwyn Pike popped into Upper Beaconsfield Primary School on Friday to open stage two of the school’s $1.4 million improvement project.
The school boasts six new classrooms and new student toilets, in addition to the stage one re-development which saw the construction of staff administrat-ion areas, new classrooms and refurbishment of classrooms and the school’s art area.
Ms Pike said the upgrade showed that the State Government was committed to deliver the best possible education to Victorian children.
Gembrook MP Tammy Lobato said the school students would now enjoy more classroom space to hone their skills, explore new ideas and interact with their peers.
