Groups help mums and bubs

CARDINIA Shire Council’s Maternal and Child Health Service has a variety of free parenting programs available.
The Pakenham Young Mother’s Network continues to provide social support to young mum’s in Cardinia Shire with excursions, education, activities and guest speakers.
Wonder Mums is a support and education network for women with young babies and toddlers under 15 months who would liketo discuss strategies in adjusting to their role as a mother.
The Parent–Child Mother Goose program runs through the school term and has weekly sessions of rhymes, songs and stories for parents and young children from birth to two years.
Pakenham’s Young Mother’s Network is open to young mums, pregnant and/or parenting under the age of 25.
The network meets every Monday during the school term from 1pm–3pm at Services Central, 6B Henry Street, Pakenham.

The Parent–Child Mother Goose program is on at Services Central on Tuesday’s from 9:30am to 10:30am.
