Time to give those nasties the needle

SAY no to nasties and get immunised.
Cardinia Shire Council’s Environmental Health team are encouraging families to get immunised.
Free adult and infant immunisation services are available across the shire for residents to protect against serious illnesses and diseases.
Environmental Health Team leader Sean La Fontaine said immunisation is an important part of protecting the health of families, particularly children.
“Residents do not need to book an appointment and most vaccinations are free of charge,” Mr La Fontaine said.
“Day and evening sessions are held on a monthly basis at various locations throughout the shire.”
The 2010 immunisation schedule covers Beaconsfield, Beaconsfield Upper, Cockatoo, Emerald, Garfield, Gembrook, Kooweerup, Lang Lang, Nar Nar Goon and Pakenham.
Council’s 2010 immunisation calendar is available online at www.cardinia.vic.gov.au with dates, times and locations.
