MYBus plans to heat up the highways for winter

The Mobile Youth Bus (MYBus) is braving the winter chill and warming up the roads these coming school holidays.
The youth bus will visit various locations around Cardinia Shire, providing free activities for young people aged 12 to 25.
Cardinia Shire Council’s Youth Outreach Officer Kelly Hicks said young people would be able to use the range of interactive equipment which was available on the bus.
“Youth Outreach Officers will be providing a range of craft and cooking activities,” Ms Hicks said.
“We even have scooters and skateboards that can be borrowed when the bus is at skate parks.”
From 11am–4pm MYBus will be at the following locations:
• Cardinia Cricket Club, Ballarto Road, Cardinia – Tuesday 29 June
• Cockatoo skate park, Pakenham Road, Cockatoo – Wednesday 30 June
• Lang Lang skate park, Westernport Road, Lang Lang – Thursday 1 July
• Bourke Park, Railway Avenue, Pakenham – Friday 2 July
• Koolbirra Reserve, Corner of Koolbirra and Girrahween roads, Maryknoll – Tuesday 6 July
• Gembrook skate park, Gembrook Road, Gembrook – Wednesday 7 July
• Charing Cross Reserve, corner Salisbury and Beaconsfield–Emerald Roads, Upper Beaconsfield – Thursday 8 July
• Garfield skate park, Beswick Street, Garfield – Friday 9 July
