Bright and breezy song session

FIRST, we must apologise for last week’s report of the Berwick Senior Citizens Club meeting.
It was an excellent report of one of our meetings held about five years or more ago. How it got to print we cannot explain. It certainly was not of our meeting held last week.
The meeting this week was uneventful. It was reported that Mary Barford and Audrey Appleyard were unwell.
We had a brief visit from Murray Grad who hoped he would be back soon, possibly next week.
The door prizes went to Hilda Boening and Stan Clayton. Ron Giles won the meat tray, the voucher went to June Murphy, while the two prizes in the raffle went to Dianne Kimmit and Sheila Carter. After the meeting the members were entertained with music and songs from Alan Moore, who gave us bright and breeze program of songs which everybody knew, and some at least could dance to.
