It’s Show time

THE Doveton Show is rolling into town on Sunday 19 September.
Families are set to be treated to a range of rides, cultural performances, sheep shearing, chainsaw carving demonstrations and an arts and craft competition at the event at Myuna Farm.
Children have the chance to get up close to sheep, alpacas, deer and cattle and the popular animal nursery, which houses guinea pigs and rabbits, along with baby animals, including lambs and piglets.
Entry to the Doveton Show is by gold coin donation and all rides and activities are free or at a minimal cost.
All money raised will go to supporting future shows.
Visitors are encouraged to walk or catch public transport, as only disabled parking is available onsite.
Parking will be available at Robert Booth Reserve and Betula Reserve.
The Doveton Show runs from 10 am to 4pm. For details visit www.dovetonshow.org.au
