TWO men from Pakenham Upper were last month arrested over the theft of a commercial-use generator from a worksite in the city’s inner south-east.
A 34-year-old man and 54-year-old man from Pakenham Upper were arrested in March as part of the ongoing investigation, reportedly linked to the theft of a trailer in Springvale a week earlier.
Police released both men pending further inquiries.
The men allegedly stole the generator, estimated to be worth $20,000, from an Armadale worksite in January.
The pair were arrested after a search warrant was executed by Monash CIU detectives.
