Q&A with Pakenham singer-songwriter Brad Ellis.
1. What is something people don’t know about you?
I can very easily just fall asleep!
2. What was your most memorable moment? Why?
Having my kids, because I love my family!
3. What would your last meal be?
Probably my mum’s roast dinner.
4. If you could collaborate with any artist/band in the world, who would it be?
I reckon Paul Kelly would be neat to collaborate with.
5. What event, past, present or future would you like to witness?
I’m looking forward to going to The War on Drugs band this February in Melbourne.
6. Favourite album?
I’ve got two… Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band by the Beatles and Pet Sounds by the Beach Boys.
7. Which six guests, dead or alive, would you invite to a dinner party?
Tough question! Tom Petty, Nina Simone, Kath Bloom, Martin Luther King, Buddy Holly and Spiderman.
8. What has been your most embarrassing moment?
Singing in the wrong key with a song I wrote.
9. Hobby other than music?
Hanging out in the garden
10. The funniest moment on stage?
Having everyone help me sing my song in the right key.
