The two left lanes are closed on the Monash Freeway inbound after EastLink, due to a car fire.
The entry ramp from EastLink northbound onto the Monash Freeway inbound is also affected.
Delays are quickly building back onto EastLink and also on the Monash from before EastLink.
Victoria Police is controlling the lane closures, and as such VicRoads does not know when the lanes will re-open.
VicRoads advises motorists to use Princes Highway as an alternative route.
