Families had a ball at Aligned Leisure’s recent Free Tennis Day.
Held on Saturday 20 January at the Pakenham Regional Tennis Centre, the free event offered Hots Shots kids coaching, wheelchair tennis, face-painting and plenty of food.
Participants showed their competitive side during the fastest serve competition and parents and children’s challenge.
The day attracted up-and-coming tennis superstars of all ages, including 11-month-old Alaska Monckton, who showed she was already a natural with the racket.
A Cardinia Shire Council spokesperson said it was “a great day for everyone”.
