Have your say on council

The State Government is seeking feedback on Cardinia Shire Council''s performance.

Community members will be randomly contacted to provide feedback on the performance of Cardinia Shire Council.
The Victorian Government’s 2018 Community Satisfaction Survey on local government performance commenced on Thursday 1 February and will continue throughout February and March.
The telephone survey is conducted by JWS Research and National Field Services on behalf of Local Government Victoria in accordance with the guidelines of the Australian Communications and Media Authority.
A randomised cross selection of Cardinia Shire residents will be contacted until the survey receives 400 valid responses.
Calls will be made between 8.30am and 8.30pm on weekdays and between 9.00am and 5.30pm on weekends, and the researchers may contact residents on the Do Not Call Register as the calls are for market research purposes only.
The survey helps to see how Cardinia Shire residents think the council has performed across a range of areas over the last 12 months.
Participation in the survey is voluntary.
Personal details and individual responses remain confidential and only the overall results are shared with the Cardinia Shire Council.
The survey is carried out across Victoria every year, with the majority of all Victorian Councils participating.
