 A 22 year-old Pakenham man has been arrested following the execution of a search warrant at a local address on 22 February.
Dandenong Divisional Response Unit members executed the warrant, with the assistance of the Critical Incident Response Team, at a residential property about 5.45am.
A search of the rural property uncovered what police allege to be quantities of ice and cannabis.
The alleged drugs were seized along with fireworks, cash, an imitation pistol, firearm parts and ammunition.
The Pakenham man and a 20-year-old Drouin man were arrested at the scene.
The Pakenham man was due to appear at Dandenong Magistrates’ Court later that day charged with prohibited person possessing a firearm, prohibited person possessing an imitation firearm, prohibited person possessing ammunition, possess cannabis and possess explosives.
The Drouin man was released pending further enquiries.
