The Monash Freeway was closed outbound for several hours following a self-harm incident at 3:50pm on Thursday 13 April, a police spokesperson has confirmed.
The freeway was also closed inbound at Princes Highway.
VicRoads directed traffic.
Ambulance Victoria has stated that the incident is a “mental health case” and cannot disclose any further information.
