Don’t get left behind

Marketing expert Damian Morgan will present a series of seminars in the South-East next month.

Marketing has changed.

The information revolution has changed marketing forever and too many businesses are being left behind.

That’s the warning from respected marketing consultant and media commentator Damian Morgan.

Mr Morgan will be in the South-East in June to lead a series of Future of Marketing Workshops.

For the second year in a row, Star News Group is holding workshops in the City of Casey, Cardinia Shire and the City of Greater Dandenong.

The workshops are hands-on, interactive planning sessions designed for small to medium business owners to review and improve their sales and marketing strategies.

Mr Morgan has advised many national brands and government departments – but more importantly he is passionate about independent businesses in regional areas.

“Too many small businesses are lacking sales because their marketing is stuck in the past,” he said.

Mr Morgan encouraged business owners to take an hour out of their day to attend one of the workshops – to work on their business, not in it, and walk away with tactics to improve profitability.

The free workshops are independent and cover all aspects of marketing.

“The workshop debunks several marketing myths, and leads attendees through a simple but extremely powerful planning process to transform their sales programs – using proven examples,” Mr Morgan said.

“It’s an informative, entertaining and practical session – so bring your team and walk away with a plan for success for 2018 and beyond.”

Sessions will be held on the following dates:

Monday 4 June – Bunjil Place Narre Warren at 1pm, 3pm and 5.30pm

Tuesday 5 June – Beaconsfeild Football Clubrooms at 7.30am, 9.30am, 1pm and 5.30pm.

Wednesday 6 June – The Drum Theatre Dandenong at 7.30am and 10.30am

Workshops are free, but bookings are essential. Contact Robyn on 5945 0682.
