Police are searching for a missing teenager last seen in Beaconsfield about 5.30pm yesterday (14 May).

Chamonix Brown, 14, was believed to be travelling to the Frankston area, police say.

Her family are concerned for her welfare due to her medical conditions.

Police have released an image of Chamonix in the hope for public information on her whereabouts.
