Pakenham baby show

Baby Show Time are back in Pakenham for another wonderful day supporting Kids With Cancer Foundation Australia. Trophies, ribbons and prizes will be given away. An $11 entry fee entitles your child entry into the King or Queen division. $5 per additional novelty section.

Clare Bowditch

Clare Bowditch will be bringing her warm and mellifluous voice to the Cardinia Cultural Centre this June. Known for her honest and hilarious storytelling, beautiful acoustic based songs and having one of the best voices in the country, Clare’s show will also feature her extraordinary band and songs from her 15 year career.

Young Writers Short Story and Poetry Competition

Get busy writing your best poetry and short stories for the Friends of Doveton Library Young Writers Short Story and Poetry competition, held from 12 June to 17 September. Creative writing workshops will also be held throughout June, July and August to help budding writers with their work. There are prizes for the best short stories and poems in the 8 to 11 years category and the 12 to 15 years category. Entry forms are available at your local Casey Cardinia Library or from the website.
