What is something people don’t know about you?

At LA airport my mate Marshy and I after a few beers realised we didn’t have enough money for departure tax, so we sold the boxer shorts we were wearing, luckily we had jocks on, but then they wouldn’t let us board the plane until we put pants on!

What was your most memorable moment?

See answer for question 1.

What would your last meal be?

Some fancy Indian food.

If you could photograph anyone in the world, who would it be?

Tubbsy – and I have a few times over the years!

What event, past, present, or future, would you like to witness?

Would be great to go back in time so my kids could have met my dad.

Favourite book?

Cloudstreet by Tim Winton

Which six guests, dead or alive, would you invite to a dinner party?

My family and Lionel Shriver, John Steinbeck, Bob Murphy, Cariad Lloyd, Erin Phillips and my mate Crocodile Pete from Darwin.

What has been your most embarrassing moment?

Probably doing this on short notice.

Hobbies other than photography?

Kicking the footy with my son Marto, reading, running, tennis and watching the Mighty Hawks.

What was your first or best concert?

It’s 20 years ago I went to see Kylie Minogue in St Kilda at the Impossible Princess tour, that was a cracker! Archie Roach at Hampton Park Secondary College was pretty special too.
