Police are appealing for witnesses following a suspected arson incident in Emerald on Sunday 6 January.
At around 6.30-7.00pm, a fire was lit underneath a house on Belgrave-Gembrook Road.
The house had been converted into offices and the fire has caused damage to the inside and outside of the building.
Investigators are appealing for witnesses who may have seen anyone in the area at the time of the fire.
