Cardinia Crime Investigation Unit is investigating an incident at a Pakenham bank.
A woman is alleged to have withdrawn a large amount of money from an account belonging to another person.
The incident occurred on 15 November 2018, about 1:35pm.
Police have released CCTV still images of a female who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation. Anyone with information regarding the incident should contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
