Victoria Police are investigating an incident where a man was allegedly seen performing a lewd act in Officer.
Investigators were told the man was observed peering through the window of a Lincoln Avenue property with his hands down his pants. It’s believed he was startled by a passer-by before hiding behind a pole outside the property.
The alleged incident took place on 10 April at 9:30pm. A mother and her child were in the house at the time but were unaware of the man’s presence.
