A car was found ablaze inside a Pakenham factory on Sunday.
It was reported that the car was burnt out before fire crews attended the scene at Sharnet Circuit at about 9.55am.
CFA firefighters cleared out the smoke and isolated power to the property.
Police have been notified for suspicious circumstances.
