Berwick woman’s bad breath

A 61-year-old woman from Berwick has returned an alleged reading of 0.203 per cent after she crashed her vehicle into a sign.

Police were called to the single car crash in Parkhill Drive, Berwick about 6pm on Sunday 26 May.

The woman underwent a preliminary breath test and was required to record an evidentiary test.

Her licence was immediately suspended and the car was impounded with towing costs of $1005.

The woman is expected to be summonsed at a later date.
