Amphetamine and axe found on Algerd

A tomahawk axe and a stolen bicycle were found in a vehicle intercepted by police on Tuesday 18 June, just after 12pm.

The 36-year-old male driver was stopped on Algerd Way, Pakenham and tested positive to amphetamine.Upon further inspection, the man was found to be a disqualified driver, driving with fake number plates.

The man was interviewed and will face court at a later date.
