Motorists are being warned to expect traffic on the approach to the Cardinia Road intersection inbound.
Police are on scene cleaning up a collision on the Princes Highway at Botanic Drive, after a van flipped on its side.
A car is believed to have failed to give way and has collided with the van as a result.
No major injuries were reported and nobody needed to be transported to hospital.
