Shining a light on Suicide Prevention Day

A group of Access Bars Practitioners are offering free ‘Bars’ sessions to locals this month in honour of World Suicide Prevention Week.

Access Consciousness (the Bars) is offered in 170 countries worldwide and this next week there will be Free Bars Clinics all around the world.

Pakenham’s Farrah Graham and Maria Smith offer this technique called ‘Access Bars’ which involves releasing negative thoughts and emotions by gently touching 32 points on the head.

The technique is used to get rid of thoughts and feelings which can led to bad habits, negative self-talk, depression and anxiety.

Access Bars has assisted thousands of people to improve many aspects of their body and life including insomnia, anxiety, depression, stress, migraines, panic attacks and OCD.

The effects of Bars are individual to each person however in addition to improved physical health recipients have reported greater intuitive awareness, more gratitude, kindness, peace and calm and easier communication.

“Access Consciousness and the tools have changed a whole shift in my life and the lives of those who have experienced ‘getting their bars run’,” Ms Graham said

“I especially run bars on my children who have so much more calm, joy and peace in their life now.

“I don’t know how I lived my life before these amazing tools that help you with the daily challenges and stresses of life.”

Ms Smith said, “My life has changed from being filled with fear to being the most phenomenal life of choice and possibility.

“How does it get any better than that?”

On Saturday 7 September they, along with 10 other Bars Practitioners are offering a

Free Healing Day at Toomah Community Centre in honour of World Suicide Prevention Week.

The group has had an overwhelming response and are now fully booked out for the day.
