Police piece together Pakenham crimes

Victoria Police is appealing for any witnesses to an aggravated burglary in Pakenham.

It’s believed an unknown offender/s broke into a house on Caitlin Drive on Thursday 19 September sometime between 8pm and 5am Friday morning.

Entering through the front door while the homeowners were inside, it’s alleged the offenders stole a silver 2010 Holden Ute along with a purse and handbag.

The victims were unaware of the incident until they awoke in the morning.

With no offender/s sighted, police are relying on information from the public in relation to the incident. Anyone with any information is urged to contact Pakenham Police Station.

Days earlier, sometime between Wednesday 18 and Thursday 19 September, a property on Manks Road in Cardinia was raided, with two offenders allegedly stealing $5000 worth of jewellery.

Police are looking for a man and woman in relation to the incident, which occurred sometime after 3pm on Wednesday.

In question, police are searching for a man described as having a shaved head who was wearing glasses and a black t shirt, blue shorts and white runners at the time of the incident while the woman had long dark hair and was wearing a dark jacket, dark pants and white shoes.

Meanwhile, in Main Street Pakenham, three youth were seen jumping on roofs of properties on Thursday, 18 September about 10pm, with police charging a 14-year-old boy with trespass. He was released pending summons.
