Police are searching for 21-year-old Shiloh, who was last seen at the Kooweerup bus stop about 3.40pm on Monday 21 October.
It is believed she was on her way to a friend’s house in Pakenham but did not return, leaving her family concerned for her welfare.
Shiloh was last seen wearing blue tracksuit pants, a black t-shirt, a blue and black checkered jacket and black thongs.
Her hair is a washed-out purple colour and she is around 160cm tall with a slim build.
