Police were called to a 24-hour Pakenham gym after hearing reports of an unconscious man found on a leg press machine about 5.30am on Monday 11 November.
The 21-year-old man was found in possession of a small quantity of meth and a larger quantity of cannabis, as well as prescription medication.
The Cranbourne West man was arrested in relation to trafficking cannabis and in possession of drugs of dependence.
