A man has passed away following a single vehicle car crash in Pakenham on Wednesday 13 October.
Emergency services responded after a car lost control on an Olivia Court driveway about 3.30pm.
It is believed the a car reversing from a garage.
The driver, a 89-year-old Pakenham man, was ejected from the vehicle, and an 83-year-old female pedestrian was also struck by the vehicle.
At the time of the incident, emergency services said the man was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver was airlifted to hospital but sadly died on Friday 22 October.
The pedestrian was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
