Get ready for the 2023 Bunyip Agricultural Show.

This year features a farm and food Provenance Paddock, presented by the West Gippsland Progress Association. Join friends and neighbours in the paddock under the trees and meet local farmers and artisan food producers.

Discover seasonal fresh produce, juices, dairy milk, deli meats, and wine. Stop, relax and enjoy baked goods, jams and preserves. Buy freshly harvested and prepared foods to create your own picnic.

Experience the taste and flavour of West Gippsland in the Provenance Paddock, or fill up a show bag to take home and share.

Local produce from paddocks in the Eastern Dandenong Ranges, Bunyip State Park and Mount Cannibal foothills, to the rich Great Swamp farmland, down to the Western Port coastline. Local Victorian farmers raising different breeds of award-winning livestock and wool producing farm animals. Market gardeners growing and harvesting varieties of orchard fruits, berries, vegetables, nuts and grain crops.

We farm in one of Australia’s most abundant, diverse and climate-friendly food bowl regions. Our rural community farms regeneratively in harmony within one of the four internationally recognised UNESCO Biosphere ecosystems in Victoria.

Celebrate agriculture at the Bunyip Show and purchase a copy of our regional Cookbook. Enjoy reading local farmers’ stories alongside recipes filled with seasonal, fresh produce ingredients. Plus, meet the Zero Waste team from Cardinia Shire Council, there to answer everyday life ‘waste-free’ questions. All this and more, at your local Country Victorian Show.

Less than an hour by road, take a daytrip on the Monash Freeway, Eastlink, Princes Highway or South Gippsland Highway. Park and ride from Dandenong or Pakenham train stations. Board a Sunday morning, off-peak fare V-Line train service. Relax, enjoy the scenery, save petrol, and get off at the brand-new Bunyip station, opposite the Showgrounds.

The Bunyip Show has all your favourites, including sheepdog events, pony rides, petting zoo and face painting! See you Sunday 26 March 2023 at Bunyip Recreation Reserve. Gates open 9am-3pm. Tickets at the gate. It’s $10 for adults, $5 child/student/senior and $20 family.
