Tell us a fun fact about yourself!

I am learning Auslan (Australian Sign language). My endeavour is to learn more about the deaf and hard-of-hearing community.

What are you most passionate about?

I am passionate about connection, whether on stage, dancing connecting with an audience, valuing time connecting with family and friends or meeting strangers and sharing little glimpses of moments through a small connection.

What do you love about dance?

It has, and always will be, something that brings me joy. It is a beautiful form of creative expression.

What would your last meal be?

My Mum’s Vietnamese Pho. She is a wizard in the kitchen, but this specific meal reminds me of childhood, warmth, comfort, healing and love.

What was your most memorable moment?

Either glacier hiking in Iceland or quad biking in the Dubai desert.

What was your favourite subject in school?

My favourite subject at school was ballet.

What event, past or present, would you like to witness?

The moon landing would have been an incredible moment to have witnessed on television.

Which six dinner guests, dead or alive, would you invite to dinner?

Oprah Winfrey, Ellen DeGeneres, Michael Jordan, Mum, Dad and big bro would be an epic dinner table.

What are you currently listening to/watching, or reading?

I am currently a part of my cousin’s book club called Read between the wines. This month we are reading Verity by Colleen Hoovers.

How would you describe your fashion sense?

The majority of the time, people can find me wearing activewear.

If you had to compete on MasterChef, what dish would you cook?

One day I hope to be able to cook like my Mum, but right now, with the need for more cooking skills, I would serve tea with Lindt chocolate.

Where is your dream holiday destination?

I would love to explore Australia. I have never been to WA. I would love to visit Perth, witness the beautiful landscapes of WA, and of course, get a selfie with a Quokka!

What were you like as a kid?

Courageous, active and outgoing!

What is your favourite colour and why?

It is 50/50 between pink and blue. Pink instantly brings me joy. However, various shades of blue make me feel calm, collected and confident.

What was your first job?

My first job was working at the local Pakenham dancewear shop, and my favourite thing to do at work was shoe fittings for a kid’s first pair of ballet shoes.

What are the three most used apps on your phone?

The order of my most used apps are:

1: Instagram – I love trying to connect with people using that app.

2: Google Maps – using this to get to various jobs or explore what’s nearby.

3: Notes – Consistently jotting down thoughts on the go.
