Vintage whine

Having read through yet another of your turgid letters, Mr McNabb, the only question that comes to mind is would you like some cheese with that whine?
Cardinia Shire Council raises over $50 million in rates.
It has nine councillors and each of those councillors is allowed $3000 annually on professional development courses.
I am still yet to be convinced that you oppose that allocation or simply oppose Cr Ross using that allocation.
However, $27,000 as a percentage of $50 million is 0.05 per cent.
The average Cardinia shire ratepayer pays around $1500 which means ratepayers contribute 75 cents annually out of their rates.
Cr Ross used one ninth of that amount coming to eight cents.
Over four years that comes to 32 cents.
Mr McNabb, if it will stop your whinging I will happily provide yourself, Mark Guiname and Denys Winton, all of whom have assisted you in a co-ordinated political attack against councillor Ross with their 32 cents as well.
Denys Winton, I remind you of the old adage about dogs and fleas.
Mr McNabb, some facts that you chose not to mention.
Council approves expenses for professional development.
Cr Ross sought approval from council before enrolling in the course.
It was granted and supported by Liberal Party members of council. (Marking your views as somewhat extreme)
You did not provide the whole correspondence sent to you by Mr Evans.
I demand that you release the full text of that correspondence, as I believe it will fully exonerate Cr Ross of any wrongdoing.
Release all the correspondence between you and council Mr McNabb. I dare you!
Peter Summers,
Pakenham.
