Bell to ring out for festival

THE ringing of the bell will signify another year of the Upper Beaconsfield Village Festival.
There will be talented musicians and plenty of stalls to check out.
Local community groups will cook up a storm once again.
There will be plenty on offer this year, with a great selection of food and drinks for everyone to choose from.
Kids can go wild with the $10 wristband giving them unlimited access to all rides and activities for the whole day.
The ever popular Charity Tower Challenge Fun Run and Walk will start at 9am.
There will also be trophy presentations and Citizen of the Year awards at 10.30am with the ringing of the bell becoming an annual ritual at the festival.
