IF EVER there’s a chance to perform with his guitar – Cardinia Shire mayor Graeme Moore will be there with bells on.
Last week, he visited residents at Millhaven Lodge in Pakenham for a performance and some high tea.
The high tea in the morning was a great success with residents enjoying the spirited councillor.
